Campbell Alliance, the leading management consulting firm specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, announced today that it has launched a new practice: Trade and Distribution. The new practice will help clients develop strategies and address business challenges related to product distribution, maximize the effectiveness of trade programs, and more effectively work with retail and specialty pharmacies.
Campbell Alliance is organized into a number of practices, each of which is a specialized team serving clients in a specific functional area. Trade and Distribution, the firm’s sixth practice, joins Brand Management, Business Development, Clinical Development, Managed Markets, and Sales.
The new practice is led by Tony Lanzone, a vice president at Campbell Alliance. According to Lanzone, “Campbell Alliance has been consulting in the area of trade and distribution for quite some time, primarily because our clients have pulled us there. Now, it makes perfect sense for us to dedicate a practice to trade and distribution. It will allow us to focus on the unmet needs in the market and greatly enhance our ability to serve clients in this area.”
Campbell Alliance’s expertise in trade and distribution is especially honed in the areas of specialty pharmacy strategy and trade launch strategy. Members of the practice area have also amassed experience in trade market assessment, trade program analytics, and other areas.
